The British boxer prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round match which will be broadcast in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Anthony Joshua said he will "dominate completely" the American and "break" his opponent as the pair confronted each other to publicize next month's heavyweight fight.
Ex two time world boxing king Anthony Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive uneven pairing - at Miami Kaseya Center on 19 December.
Fighter's Mentality
"I'm going to break his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to seriously aim to hurt him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
Despite these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually known for his showmanship - were respectful and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and labeled him "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, targeted British rival Fury - and refused a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," the boxer stated.
"I acknowledge that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite saying he intends to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to talk badly about his rival's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who first rose to fame on the television network - has mainly boxed MMA fighters or declining opponents since turning professional.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the novice continues to be one of the sport's largest financial successes, frequently receiving massive financial rewards.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old anticipated a knockout win in round four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is reportedly in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury next year," Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul met for the usual face-off, with their physical disparity on show, it highlighted just how unlikely this complete situation is - and how remarkable it is that the match is really proceeding.
